Welcome to my serenity home. I am a plant-based yogi who loves food and loves love. Imagine a world where everyone smiled at strangers and greeted each other with hugs. Imagine a world where no life sufferst. In a world of negativity and pain, there is always a silver lining. Serenity doesn't mean having the perfect drama-free life. Serenity is finding peace amongst the pain; the strength to move on through hurt. Serenity is appreciating what we have in front of us and acceptance of who we are in the moment, at any moment, and accepting that where we are is where we are meant to be. Serenity is embracing our passions and lifing life to the fullest.
No matter where you are in your life's journey, you can have serenity. This is a safe-zone. There is no judgement. You can bare all, be R.A.W.! Realize the good inside of you, the will, the strength, it's there. Love will uncover it. To achieve serenity, be grateful for what you have, what you are, and not what you don't.
